1. Scope

This page is the privacy policy for the Kelola app published by Tursina Labs. It describes only this app. Other Tursina Labs products are covered by the studio Privacy Policy. Using Kelola is also subject to the Kelola Terms of Service.

2. What Kelola is

Kelola is a phone client for agentless Linux administration over SSH. It connects from your device to hosts you configure. There is no Tursina Labs backend for Kelola and no cloud account.

3. Data on your device

Kelola stores data locally on your phone, including:

Host inventory, notes, recents, and related preferences
Host-key pins (TOFU) and discovery facts used by the dashboard
A local audit log of probes you run
An SSH identity whose private key is held in Android StrongBox or iOS Secure Enclave when available (non-exportable; biometric-gated signing)

Private keys are not shown in the UI, logs, or backups that Kelola creates. Restoring inventory on a new phone means re-enrollment.

4. What we do not collect

Tursina Labs does not:

Create a Kelola cloud account for you
Operate a Kelola API that receives your host inventory
Collect telemetry or analytics from the Kelola app to our servers
Sell your personal information or show ads in Kelola

5. Network connections

When you connect to a host, traffic goes directly from your phone to that host over SSH. Tursina Labs does not proxy those sessions. Google Play and your device OS may process install, update, and crash information under their own policies.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you clear app storage or uninstall Kelola. Because there is no Kelola cloud account, there is no remote account-deletion page. Uninstalling or clearing data on the device removes Kelola's local records on that device.

7. Children's privacy

Kelola is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the app to provide personal information about children to us; we do not operate a Kelola backend that would receive it.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. The current policy is always at https://www.tursinalabs.com/kelola/privacy.

1. Ruang lingkup

Halaman ini adalah kebijakan privasi untuk aplikasi Kelola yang diterbitkan Tursina Labs. Hanya berlaku untuk aplikasi ini. Produk Tursina Labs lainnya diatur oleh Kebijakan Privasi studio. Penggunaan Kelola juga tunduk pada Ketentuan Layanan Kelola.

2. Apa itu Kelola

Kelola adalah klien di ponsel untuk administrasi Linux tanpa agen melalui SSH. Aplikasi terhubung dari perangkat Anda ke host yang Anda konfigurasi. Tidak ada backend Tursina Labs untuk Kelola dan tidak ada akun cloud.

3. Data di perangkat Anda

Kelola menyimpan data secara lokal di ponsel, termasuk:

Inventaris host, catatan, riwayat, dan preferensi terkait
Pin kunci host (TOFU) dan fakta discovery untuk dashboard
Log audit lokal atas probe yang Anda jalankan
Identitas SSH yang kunci privatnya disimpan di Android StrongBox atau iOS Secure Enclave bila tersedia (tidak dapat diekspor; penandatanganan dengan biometric)

Kunci privat tidak ditampilkan di UI, log, atau cadangan yang dibuat Kelola. Memulihkan inventaris di ponsel baru berarti enrollment ulang.

4. Apa yang tidak kami kumpulkan

Tursina Labs tidak:

Membuat akun cloud Kelola untuk Anda
Menjalankan API Kelola yang menerima inventaris host Anda
Mengumpulkan telemetry atau analitik dari aplikasi Kelola ke server kami
Menjual informasi pribadi Anda atau menampilkan iklan di Kelola

5. Koneksi jaringan

Saat Anda terhubung ke host, lalu lintas berjalan langsung dari ponsel ke host tersebut melalui SSH. Tursina Labs tidak mem-proxy sesi tersebut. Google Play dan sistem operasi perangkat Anda dapat memproses data instalasi, pembaruan, dan crash menurut kebijakan mereka sendiri.

6. Retensi dan penghapusan

Data lokal tetap ada sampai Anda menghapus penyimpanan aplikasi atau mencopot Kelola. Karena tidak ada akun cloud Kelola, tidak ada halaman penghapusan akun jarak jauh. Mencopot atau membersihkan data di perangkat menghapus catatan lokal Kelola pada perangkat itu.

7. Privasi anak

Kelola tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun. Jangan menggunakan aplikasi untuk memberikan informasi pribadi anak kepada kami; kami tidak menjalankan backend Kelola yang akan menerimanya.

8. Perubahan
